From the get-go everything was top notch. The communication, signing of the agreement, property advertising, open house inspections and closure of the sale went very smoothly (and quickly!). I was dreading the whole thing, but Sandra quickly put me at ease. She explained everything about the sale process in plain English. At no point did I ever feel pressured or worried about any of it. On the contrary, Sandra was always polite, helpful, down-to-Earth and friendly.
