Sandy has made the whole process a brew, he is fast, efficient, has a lot of market knowledge whilst also understanding the clients needs. He has excelled in his communication and attention to detail. He’s not only a good realtor but a good bloke much like Jay as well. Thoroughly impressed with them and would use them everyday of the week. You can have confidence with Jay and Sandy that you are in good hands.

Sandy is absolutely incredible to work with! As a first-time homebuyer, I had many questions, and he answered each one with patience and clarity. His communication was always prompt and thorough, which made the entire process stress-free. Sandy’s expertise and calm demeanor made what could have been an overwhelming experience feel easy and enjoyable. I couldn’t recommend him more highly—he truly goes above and beyond for his clients! 5 stars!

thanks Sandy for your wonderful work in selling my friends home. Your friendly assistance and reassurance has made the journey a lot more bearable . Go well Kathy

I entered the market with a lot to learn but Sandy and the team were very helpful and understanding in finding me my first home. The whole experience went smoothly eventually finding myself somewhere to call my first home.

Working with Sandy was a great and rewarding experience. He was very helpful within the team at Clearly Fairbrother Property. Sandy has great knowledge of the real estate market and we were really pleased with what we were told about our property and what we got for it when it sold. The whole process ran smoothly and we were always informed about how things were going on a day to day basis. Thanks again Sandy for such a great selling experience.

Sandy was lovely to deal with and we brought our new home through him. He went out of his way to meet with both me and my husband to show us through at different times due to hubby being on shift work, he had open communication with us through the whole buying process and never felt like he was being pushy or "salesy". He was super friendly and down to earth, and really informative on any questions we had or just general information about the houses we looked at.

Sandy was there for us every step of the way, he guided us through the process of selling and made it seem so simple. Any time of the day we was available to answer any questions or worries we had and always made us feel at ease. We appreciate the time and effort showed to us and our home and made the experience better than we ever expected. Thank you Sandy and team!

We first meet Sandy three years ago in regard to having a house valuation, we have always found Sandy to be Punctual with Good knowledge of the Market value. Sandy's honesty and personality makes it so easy to communicate with regards to either Selling or Buying a property. Would highly recommend Sandy and he is very willing to talk with you at any stage, guiding you every step of the way.

I had an outstanding experience with CFP. Sandy acquired a good part of the sale of my property. Sandy has an excellent concept of 'lifestyle blocks' with this understanding, Sandy had a clear idea on developing a very competitive marketing campaign. With superb photography and video/drone footage, the property presented beautifully. The comprehensive description of the property courtesy of Kathleen, who assembled a piece of literature that reduced the likes of Wordsworth, Keats and Shakespeare to mere chumps, allowed the market to have a very clear picture of the property. Due to this campaign much interest was generated and a serious buyer was attracted very quickly. From our initial meeting through to settlement, Sandy was in constant contact with me professionally guiding buyer and seller through the process. I found Sandy to be polite, considerate and very professional, with a comprehensive understanding of all things real estate. Sandy had a strong relationship with the local market including adjoining regions. I highly recommend CFP, Sandy, Jay and staff. They're not a team..........they're a machine!!!!! I Say, thank you.

Sandy was always available for follow up inspections & went out of his way to find out all the information we needed. We highly recommend Sandy & his team!

Selling my home with Sandy was a breeze! He is professional and knowledgeable, explaining things every step of the way, whilst also being friendly and down-to-earth. Both Sandy and Jay helped to showcase my property, highlighting it's best selling points, and also showed my tenant respect and appreciation for inviting them into her home. We got a fantastic result with the sale, and the excellent service continues right up until settlement date. I'm very happy with my choice to list my property with Cleary Fairbrother. Thank you team!!
