As a first time buyer everything was new to me. Sandy was a great help in dealing with the process and the paperwork to get the exchange of contract completed. I had done my research online so I knew what I was after and had an idea of the price range for the type of property I was looking for. When the right property was listed by Sandy I called him and he arranged for a viewing the next day. The house was as described with no surprises. He made the inspection relaxed and explained a few things to ensure I was comfortable with property. An offer was made the next day and I accepted the vendor's counter offer an hour later.
