Sandy is very welcoming and approachable at open houses. He listened and knew what we were looking for. He has an excellent knowledge of the area we were looking at. He was always professional and easily contactable. He was extremely helpful in organising further inspections and made point of sale stress free.

My property is quite unique (2 units on one title) and therefore mainly of interest to investors and not the usual wider audience. This made things a bit more challenging in the current economic climate, however Sandy and Jay successfully found a buyer and made the entire process very simple and stress-free. I would definitely recommend this team without any hesitation. Thanks Sandy and Jay 10/10 .

He was very professional, helpful, and extremely patient with my endless questions. He always turned up on time, promptly returned my calls and generally made the whole process easy - and we had a lot of laughs along the way! I would definitely recommend Sandy to any potential buyer or seller.

Sandy has been great. Always responsive - returning calls promptly. He was proactive in keeping in touch and letting us know what was happening. Always felt very relaxed. Unlike some agents I have dealt with in the past he felt honest and trustworthy. Excellent service all round.

I live out of town so I needed to find someone that I trusted and felt comfortable with to take on the task of selling my house. I contacted Sandy to enquire about selling my property in Bathurst late in 2023, from the first phone the professional style was outstanding. No pressure or my way or the highway.. He communicated with me to understand my point of view about selling my property and he was very helpful with the enquirers I had. All in all it was a great experience to work with Sandy & his team. I would be back to work with him again if I wanted to purchase or buy in Bathurst Cheers Well done

Sandy has been a pleasure to deal with. From the moment I first contacted him he put me at ease. He listened to what I wanted to achieve price wise and gave honest advice. He knows the market very well and was able to sell my house within days of it being listed and I couldn’t be happier with the result.

Sandy has exceptional knowledge of the property market & area. Sandy has first class communication skills & is the ultra professional. We’ve used Sandy multiple times now to sell properties & will continue to go back to using him. Can’t recommend highly enough.

Sandy is a happy person and very approachable he conducted himself in a professional manner and communicate clearly. Thank you.

Sandy has a very happy disposition extremely professional an his market knowledge is excellent

Sandy is one of the most approachable and dedicated agent we have had the pleasure to work with. Sandy’s knowledge of the market is exceptional. Sandy’s exemplary service had our home sold on the first day on the market. Professional and helpful to both buyer and seller. We cannot thank Sandy enough!! Highly recommend Sandy Fairbrother from CLEARLY FAIRBROTHER Property

Sandy always conducted himself in a professional manner and communicated clearly. Had extensive knowledge of the area, current market and ways to achieve the best result.

I sold my house through Cleary Fairbrother & I felt they worked very well as a team. I definitely felt as the vendor that although I was working mainly with Jay that I had the whole team on board working for a result.
