A thing I admire most with Sandy, is his effort to be open and transparent, to both the seller and potential buyers, without compromising either party. This is a difficult skill. I also appreciated his communication, willingness to listen and considered responses and idea's. I would not hesitate to use Sandy again myself or recommend him to any buyer or seller.
