Made the sale process very easy for us and a pleasure to work with.

Extremely compitent and made every process very easy for us. Such a pleasure to work with.

I was going to use another agent that was recommended from (agent select)but after talking to Sandy, We decided to sell with him and we are so glad we did. The whole process was quite painless, and we were kept informed all the way.8

Sandy was great to deal with, he was always willing to go out of his way to accomodate us with inspections and was very helpful with the purchase of our new property and spending time assisting us to ensure everything was in working order.

Sandy made time for our 1st viewing at little notice and was always available to help answer any questions that we had. He greatly assisted with the purchase, thanks Sandy!

Sandy has been the absolute best! From first making an offer all the through to settlement, he has gone above and beyond to help ease the process as much a possible! Would happily buy a house through Sandy again

I recently purchased my property through Bathurst Real Estate. I found Sandy to be an extremely approachable agent. Any of my queries/concerns were dealt with by Sandy, in a professional and hassle free manner. Highly recommended.

Sandy was always polite and friendly. He kept us up to date with what was happening. And most importantly he sold the house quickly for the price he said he could get. Goo job all round.

Sandy was easy to work with. Prompt courteous and very efficient. I've sold a previous property through Sandy, this time was a purchase and I'd deal with him again and again

Sandy was a pleasure to work with always willing to assist me with any questions I had. Would recommend Sandy to anyone who is looking to sell their property.

Sandy always professional , approachable and honest.

We initially met Sandy viewing a property prior to the one we have since purchased. Whilst the property was lovely it didn't have all the requirements we were looking for. Sandy obviously listened to us as he contacted us to let us know a property was on the market that he thought would be perfect for us. We went to view and there and then said this is the one for us. All was done and dusted that week. Thankyou Sandy.
