We found Sandy Fairbrother to be an excellent negotiator. He kept in touch from the start, and we felt that he cared about us, the purchaser, even though its the vendor who pays his commission! He was honest and upfront with us throughout, from showing us through several properties, to negotiating between us and the vendor. His patience was tested a few times, but he came up smiling each time, and his honesty in reveling that he'd learned something new during the process was good to hear.
