I was so pleased to find an agent who listened to my desires and then persisted in finding the right property that satisfied those wants.I was extremely happy with my resultant purchase. Now wanting to move to a larger property I had no hesitation in engaging Sandy's help again. Knowing the property I wanted was the easy part, getting it for the price I was willing to pay wasn't. But with Sandy's persistence and negotiating skills I closed on that property for what I wanted. I doubt I'll be moving in the near future, but if I were to, Sandy would be the first agent I would call upon.
