We first met Sandy (Martin) in 2018, when she sold our Bouvard property. A 5 acre property, such as ours, attracts a specialised type of buyer, and we thought it may take months to sell. We sold it the first week it was advertised, thanks to Sandra and her large contact base. Moving onto 2023, we once again contacted Sandy to sell our home in Florida Beach, Dawesville, AND find us a new home. One day of our home going on Realestate.com, (actually half an hour) it was sold! The sale went seamlessly and throughout the whole process, Sandy walked us through every stage, including the purchase of our new home. From listing with her, to moving into our new home, it took just eight weeks. Moving is so stressful at the best of times, and to have Sandy’s advice and updates on a daily basis made the whole situation bearable.
