We had a great dealings with Sandy Martlew. She used to work under Professionals Modbury when we started our journey in the Property Market. Being a First time homebuyers with no Pre-approval, she accommodated us and the Land owners also accepted our offer in one of Ingle Farm's for sale land without a doubt through her help immediately the next day. However, our journey was never smooth flowing coz we opted a house & land package with our lender which would entail a longer waiting process for the land settlement. Sandy was with us every step of the waiting game ensuring that the Vendors will not bail on us & shattered our dream of building our home sooner. Sandy sold our two blocks of land in Ingle Farm. She has intimate knowledge of the Ingle Farm and surrounding areas. She is a great communicator and kept us informed almost every day in the early stages of the sale. Sandy's negotiation skills are excellent as she negotiated great prices for our two blocks. And even though we had a very delayed settlement with one of our blocks she let us know every step of the way what was happening with the purchaser (even communicating with us at one stage when she was on holiday in Bali!).
