What I liked about Sandy was her flexibility the fact she didn't push and her intimate knowledge of the area. I wanted a realistic selling price and i must admit, initially i didn't think the price range Sandy suggested would occur, however I put my faith in her ability to deliver. I followed all her advice like styling, the cleaner, putting in new skylights etc. The house sold in less than a week, i had 4 offers and the price achieved was slightly greater than the upper price Sandy suggested which confirmed she knew the correct price range.
