Having met Sandy whilst house hunting the previous year, I wanted to have her sell our Mum's house. Sandy is friendly and approachable who has a sound knowledge of the market, who maintained communication to keep us in the loop. With Sandy's professional and organised approached the process of selling seemed easy. I have no hesitation in recommending Sandy.

We were looking for an agent that would not only sell our house quickly, but guide us through the large job of preparing the house before putting it on the market. After meeting with a number of agents, we had the feeling that Sandy was in it for us. Sandy had a long list of partner tradies that she could lean on (and she did!) to get the work done on our house quickly. She made sure we were ready and maximised the number of weekends before Christmas that our house was available for inspection. We only needed three weekends before we got the offer we were happy with. Sandy and her team work hard, work professionally and come highly recommended by us.

After deciding to sell our home of 18 years, we were wary of choosing an agent, that would not have our best interests at heart.
