Sandy Morris acted as my agent in the sale of my late brothers' home. I was the administrator of my brothers estate, and live in Victoria. I searched the internet to locate an agent in the area, and the resume of Sandy Morris resulted in me engaging her. My brother was single and was a hoarder. The house was full of all sorts of items including gym equipment which had been accumulated over the last 20 years. It did not appear to have been kept in a very good state of repair.
