I’ll be brief.... Sandy was half the price of the other real estates. Sandy organised everything for the sale from tradies to the conveyancer. I was interstate so had no time. Sandy took on the whole project and sold my property in the first week. I didn’t pay any costs up front and there was no stress involved.
