Sandy was easy to deal with and was a good communicator and kept in touch which was important as we were interstate. She had a good knowledge of the local area, and did the extra things which made it easy for us. There were some bumps in the process, which were not caused by her, but she smoothed them out without a fuss. Would recommend.
