I cannot recommend these guys highly enough! We first went through a long established local agent at a higher commision and higher advertising costs on the promise of a higher appraisal. Four months later and to many non attended open days, we had not received a single offer! We decided to re visit the team at Reliance after having to pay nearly $2000 advertising to the old agent. We were advised by the team at reliance of the realistic market pricing based on the history of sales. We were told that if we were to give them the opportunity they would get the job done and get real buyers through the doors quickly. True to their word we had people through every open day, and to our great relief a sale within weeks of listing! The team were available all hours and worked 7 days a week and also public holidays!
