I had a signed contract about 1 week into the process and i am very happy. The price sold was less than what we had originally said we were aiming for, but it was about the market rate for that house type in that area. Very happy with the experience.

For many years Sandy respectfully and polity would call every 4-6 months to see if we had possibly decided to sell our property in Tarniet Victoria. Recently we decided give Sandy the opportunity to put our house on the market with some very strict guidelines. I was very sure that the price we required to be able to sell the property was not achievable, however Sandy clearly understood our position and never asked us to renegotiate or lower our price in fact he achieved over our set price.
