WE had a good experience. There was only 1 point that we think was un-professional. We got a call from them 2 days before we were signing the contract, after everything was already approved by the bank, that there is another offer on the house for $10 000 more. If we want the house we need to decide if we want pay $10 000 more. I called him back with an offer of $5000 and not $10 000, and it was excepted, but that meant we had to pay $5000 out of our pocket because everything was already arranged at the bank. Not very happy about that.
Warburton Real Estate did an excellent job selling our house and for more money than we thought it was worth and quicker than we thought.We could not fault their experience and their professionalism in the real estate business.We would gladly use them again.
