Let me Start by saying that after walking the real estate strip of Sunshine not naming other Agents it was then that i walked into to Sweeney Sunshine being the final real estate of the strip that Sang took the time to discuss the potential sale of my Fathers property and was happy to discuss the market value in the area. He was confident and new the area well he did not just saying things for the sake to try and make a quick sale and sell the property at a loss. It was upon my second visit to Melbourne that i called back into Sweeney to see Sang again in which he stated that i remembered him i replied with yes and informed him that i would like him to deal with selling my fathers property. It was then that we made the appointment for him to come view the property so that we could discuss figures as i had to return to Queensland the next day. During such time he was in constant contact with me emailing through pictures that were taken and asked me to pick the pictures that i saw fit for the Auction Board. Further more he would ring after every open house or when potential Buyer would like to inspect and give me results of their opinion. Then on my third and final trip to Melbourne for the sale of my fathers property he was a great calling in to offer help in cleaning the property to remove all furniture to have it cleared on Auction Day as i was doing it on my own. The Day of Auction he Was Fantastic greeting all potential buyers well dress and had a positive attitude that we were going to sell on the day. During the Auction he was a SUPER Trooper running from client to client with their Bids and i was on the phone to my father keeping him informed of how it was going. He excelled on the day with our sale and he is one hard working young Man and hope that he continues to work as well as he did and that he has a successful future.
