We had recently purchased a property in Wyndham Vale, VIC-3024 through Sangietaa Gulea and Vikas Bedi through Grow More Properties & Investments (GMPI) real estate agency. She was very fast and prompt in responding to our queries with honest responses which makes it easy for us to trust and complete the purchase through her. She has sound knowledge of the area and able to give us a comparison of recent sales from the area. With her effective communication skills, she was able to coordinate with the Bank valuation people and the existing tenant for an onsite inspection in time to get us the unconditional approval during cooling-off period. Once the sale went unconditional, she responded to our conveyancer team in organising the land transfer document completed in time by the vendor for smooth settlement. Her friendly, professional, ethical and honest attitude made us to trust her and we highly recommend her for anyone to engage as a selling agent who works at the best interests of the vendor and for buyers whom can trust her to get honest responses in time and required assistance as the vendor agent in following up on vendor side from inspection to settlement.
