From home open to sold= 3 weeks. If you are looking for the best then you go with Sangita. She set our expectations realistically, her professionalism is second to none and above all, she was able to secure us a fantastic sales experience in a very short period. Sangita went above and beyond to accomodate the sales process for all parties involved by working at times late hours to suit the availability of our buyers. Her attention to detail with the contract negotiation was excellent. Amazing!!!

Sangita was lovely to deal with at the home opens we attended and her team were by far the most conscientious in terms of following us up quite quickly after the home opens. We were successful on our offer for one of Sangita's property's. The settlement was smooth with access arranged easily for our inspectors however a few weeks out from the final inspection, we noticed that the property appeared to have been let go by the sellers. We flagged this with Sangita to raise with the sellers. At our final inspection it became apparent very quickly that the sellers had obviously done very little work to maintain the property to same standard over what was a fairly lengthy settlement period. Multiple safety issues and breaches of warranty were identified at the final inspection however the seller failed to rectify most of them at all, or what they did 'fix' was not done correctly. A couple of weeks after settlement and we are now over $10,000 out of pocket for issues that he sellers should have fixed. Comments made by Sangita post-settlement around the seller's behaviour and unwillingness to attend to these items were that it was just too hard to deal with them and that neither she nor the seller's settlement agent could care less if settlement had gone through or not. I know she is employed by the seller, however we felt like we were left high and dry with no support and it has left a very bitter taste in our mouth.

Sangita got the job done. The price was in my price range and she made it happen. Overall, it was a smooth process, and I am happy with the results. Thanks
