I found Sanj to be a very pleasant and polite agent, not the aggressive or arrogant person that you sometimes see in this industry. He approached me and said that he had buyers interested in my property and this was not just a sales pitch but actually true. He bought through a number of potential buyers and always kept me informed, he has been tireless in his endeavour to sell our property and there is no comparison between him and the previous agent that we used. I know he worked very hard to achieve a successful outcome for me and he actually put my interests first in regards to the sale and did not take the attitude of a sale at any price. I can not recommend Sanj highly enough and it was my good fortune to have him represent me in the successful sale of my property.
