Sanjeev has a calm and non pushy demeanour. He listened and understood us without hard sell. He negotiated with the seller in an honest way which led to a very satisfying purchase.
It wasn't hard to choose Sanjeev and his team. From the beginning he was a genuine and friendly agent that was open and explained things clearly, no attempt at confusing lingo to hide fees like we experienced with other agents. Sanjeev came across showing us how he could help us sell our biggest asset as a team. In what should feel like a stressful experience, Sanjeev and his team were always available to answer questions and help the process be as smooth as possible
Sanjeev was the 5th agent we spoke with after the tedious task of appointing the right agent to sell our home. We felt at ease with his genuine and easy going nature. He provided plain statistical evidence which backed up his selling strategy. We achieved an amazing price within an amazing timeframe and sold prior to auction! Would highly recommend Sanjeev and the Team at LJ Hooker to anyone. Thanks again Sanjeev and Leo!
Sanjeev and the whole team worked tirelessly to achieve a great result. Keeping me informed through the entire process. Always there for any questions or advice. Would recommend him to anyone.
Selling my property with Sanjeev Kumar, Hayley Tonna, and Kit Patel from LJ Hooker Schofields was a fantastic experience. The market was challenging, and so was the journey, but this team’s dedication and expertise made all the difference. From start to finish, they provided honest, fast, and transparent communication—something I highly value in a real estate team. I’d easily rate them 10/10 on that! What stood out the most was their proactive and hands-on approach. They didn’t just list the property and wait; they worked tirelessly to market it effectively, attract the right buyers, and negotiate the best possible outcome. Despite the market conditions, they delivered a great result that exceeded my expectations. A special mention to Sanjeev, who went beyond his scope of work to assist with additional requests. His professionalism, problem-solving skills, and genuine commitment to helping clients are truly commendable. It’s rare to find such a hardworking and dedicated team that treats your property sale as if it were their own. If you’re looking for a highly skilled, responsive, and results-driven real estate team, I can’t recommend LJ Hooker Schofields enough. Sanjeev, Hayley, and Kit—thank you for your exceptional service! Wishing you continued success in helping more clients achieve great outcomes.
