The agent did a great job selling this block as it had a temporay easement. It involved allot of negotiaton and explanation of how the easement works which was above and beyond.

They were both very knowledgeable about the property, the area, as well as the background of both including pricing and the vendor’s intentions. Being keen on purchasing the property, I put an offer in and Sanjeev was quick to contact the vendor relaying my offer. Although the vendor was hesitant to accept, I couldn’t budge on increasing the price and had to stand firm,and that’s where Sanjeev stepped in knowing this an opportunity for the vendor not to waste, as a situation to accept or I’ll have to walk away from this. The vendor accepted my offer. Within half an hour, I met with Sanjeev and Vasilis at a cafe to lock in a holding deposit and got the contract of sale ready to be sent to the solicitors, all done in an afternoon. Due to the professionalism, ease, and efficiency shown by Sanjeev and his team with Eshna and Vasilis, I personally thanked them and would highly recommend them for future sales or purchasing of a property.

The best thing about Sanjeev and his team was that they promptly provided us bespoke advice on top of their professional expertise which made our first home buying experience far less overwhelming than anticipated. Sanjeev had sold a property a few doors down. His team informed me that they had a potential property coming up for a secret inspection. The property wasn't advertised and was off market. As a new buyer, I had a lot of questions regarding the process, building and pest etc. Sanjeev and his team were always prompt to return calls and answer my questions, even after hours.
