Sanj is indefatigable

Sanj was not particularly attentive throughout the process but was satisfactory for the most part. That was until she dropped the ball in a major way regarding the settlement of our purchase which caused a large delay when she was aware we were under a time crunch. There were some external factors that contributed to this, but I believe they would have been easily mitigated had she followed up more promptly or paid closer attention to the process.
