We purchased a townhouse through one group realty under Santosh as a sales agent. Firstly, we as a first homebuyer was very pleased with his commitment and other promises about the property. Before the purchase during the final inspection, we found some issues in the property which wasn’t mentioned in the entry report. That unprofessional sales agent didn’t cooperate with us. Secondly, he handed over the incomplete house keys. Lastly, I have been chasing hime for a week but he hasn’t yet replied. Be aware of his oily tongue that he uses to draw your attention.
