Well above expectations

This is the 2nd property that Sara has sold for us. Her assessment of the likely sale price was well above our expectations and the final sale price was also well above expectations. But this not where Sara and the whole Starr Partners team shone. The buyer was exceptionally difficult: demanding discounts on accepted price and building works. Sara fielded all demands and we settled for agreed price and without added building works. Great job
