Ours was a slightly complicated sale for various reasons, primarily due to none of the selling party being local to the property location. Sara was particularly helpful with this, good knowledge of local services (handymen, garbage removal etc) and was able to arrange things for us in our absence. Solid read of local market and comparables, particularly in relation to what is important with a rural sale. Personable, easy to work with and generally has things covered. Recommended, especially if not a local seller.
