Sarah did a good job at showing me 54 Lawson St. It was an open house though so I don't interact with her much. I didn't like the market preview as I had no idea what the price would potentially be and when rang up to enquiry a week later she didn't have a price to tell us. She was quick to follow up and Andrew Palmer gave me the asking price which I thought was reasonable and after a 2nd viewing with him I decided to go ahead and purchase.
