I have tried 3 agents and all failed in a sale. I was fed up with them continuous requesting same info or documents. Doing ridiculous write ups. They very difficult to deal with. Along came Sara. Wow! I never even met her and no need to even travel there all done by docusign. She done all seamlessly and the write up was brilliant. We had a Tenant who Sara easy got along with as she so caring of Tenant's rights and stress it can put on Tenant. That was a clinch in winning the Tenant over. She kept all my costs to minimum. Told me I didn't need extra professional photos and what I needed. She researched my property. She got every single document in line. Dealt with the Rental Agency getting key off them for viewings. I was awaiting all the repeat send this and that etc. It never happened she ensured all available by sourcing them beforehand knowing what is needed for such a difficult Tenanted sale via an Agency. Well. On the first day she had an offer and contacted me once she had a signed offer and above asking price. The property was sold to an investor. Simple as that. All done and Tenant happy. Sara refered me to BoardWalk for conveyance. They as professional as her. The property sold first day listed and it was seamless for me. I had expected the run around again. Not with Sara she knows what she is doing. Also, she is lovely in manner and kept me updated. I have sold and bought many properties and she is the best by far. I thoroughly recommend her. Who wouldn't want a professional like her on the Sale.
