Sarah and her offsider/assistant/agent in training Corey are excellent, and that is from a buyer. Prompt response times, excellent communication skills, and just lovely people to deal with. All concerns (and we had a few) dealt with diligently and with clear communication. I would recommend Sarah and Corey to anyone looking to buy as well as sell in the area they specialize in. We will be using them in the future to buy/sell/rent. Top notch real estate agents (we have dealt with our fair share of agents through the purchase/rent dealings). We are very happy with the level of care they provided to us as buyers. I feel like they took care of the sellers as well in an unfavorable environment (bad building and pest). We purchased our house years ago through Sarah Bailey so when we decided to sell, she was an easy choice of agent, and we’re so glad we stuck with her! We had some hiccups with our building and pest which could have made everything so much more stressful, however Sarah and her team’s direct and no-nonsense approach just made everything so much easier, really helping to guide us smoothly through anything unexpected that came up. We engaged Sarah to value our home one year before we eventually put it on the market. In that time she kept in touch keeping us up to speed with the market conditions, with buyers that she has looking for properties like ours and eventually this contact and information helped us to select the best time to sell. Ultimately we decided to use Sarah as she was / is the best agent for the Oxley / Seventeen Mike Rocks area (as per Research/reviews) and while other agents were available for a lower fee we ended up totally confident that we achieved a better result than we could have expected from another agents. Prior to sale, she made excellent recommendations for what final touches needed to be done to sell the home quickly and achieve the best price, which we followed. She introduced us to a home stager/stylist who helped us stage the home, a good photographer and got additional aerial photos taken at no extra cost and we were satisfied with the wording used for the listing. She also provided an off-market teaser campaign via Facebook and targeted marketing to her VIP database of potential buyers one week before our home went to market. In the end we got 36 people view at the first open home and Sarah and Corey worked really hard following that to chase all the potential buyers and get our offers in. Importantly to us, as we had multiple offers they and were completely professional in dealing with all the buyers to manage the process fairly and professionally (one best final offer). Although the initial offers didn’t quite meet our requirement - Sarah was able to negotiate the buyer up and us down and help create situation where both buyer and seller achieved value. After the sale was agreed they did a good job to manage the process and ensure the buyer met the sale conditions promptly and were on hand to attend building and pest and roof inspections. We would have no hesitation to recommend Sarah and her team for selling your home.
