Sarah initially gave very good advice on the minor improvements to be made to the property to make it more marketable. Once the property was listed, Sarah worked extremely hard to market the property including several "Open Houses". During this time Sarah, communicated with me very well and gave very regular and open feedback on the interest from buyers and their expectations. I always felt that I was "in the loop" of what was happening. When offers were received from buyers, Sarah worked very efficiently to achieve an agreed price and conditions. My only negative, was that the original price expectations given by Sarah seemed somewhat inflated to me and this was confirmed when after extensive marketing, the property settled on what I believed was fair market value. Overall I found Sarah very hard working, efficient, professional, a great communicator and I would engage her to market my property again.
