Sarah sold my house in the first open. It was about what I wanted which was pleasing. The whole process was very simple. Sarah was excellent at communicating and always got back to me.
Sarah and John kept us informed of the outcomes of our opens and worked diligently to secure the sale of our property. We accepted a price slightly lower than was advised to us for two primary reasons. We wanted to move the property on and the offer we accepted was our only offer in the end after about 5 weeks of opens. Unfortunately things got off to a slow start, due to the tenants at the time, which was frustrating. In the end everything went through ok; however with out of pocket expenses and accepting a lower offer we did not make the agents estimates on the sale.
