Debbie, my wife first met Sarah when she made contact via phone enquiring about the property. Sarah had good knowledge of the property and was able to provide answers to all Debbie's questions, including offering to meet us at the property when we went down on the Saturday. Once we saw the property we knew it was just right for us, even though we knew we would need to jump through a couple of hoops with council in getting the building envelope size increased. We met Sarah on the Saturday afternoon and discussed a couple of details related to the property, as purchasing a rural property was new ground for us. Sarah submitted the offer to the vendor that same afternoon and within a couple of hours she responded that he had accepted, certainly a very quick turnaround. Over the course of the next two weeks we had almost daily dealings with Sarah as we worked towards official "Exchange". Always polite and enquiring we kept the lines of communication open between Sarah, the vendor and myself. Once we could formally "Exchange" it felt like Sarah had walked through every day with us and was genuinely excited with us, including sending a picture of the SOLD sticker of the advertising board outside the property.
