Sarah was an absolute professional who took care of everything including liaising with the property manager from a different real estate, picking up keys, liaising with the tenants regarding open home inspections and kept me up to date with everything. Sarah was excellent to work with, a great communicator and guide through the process of selling. It was our first time selling and we had to navigate COVID restrictions, she helped us make good decisions informed by experience and market knowledge. She helped us get a price that was well above what we imagined! The processes were made easy and she explained and stepped through everything with us. She managed the buyers negotiations professionally and ethically. We found her very personable and genuine, we had trust that she was always acting in our best interest. We had very mixed experiences with agents while house hunting - Sarah was great! Communication was quick and efficient, often working around my needs (eg text rather than call). When the market interest was high a couple of weeks out from auction, Sarah gave us two days to put in our final offer (others gave us less than 24hrs) and ensured we got to see the house again before the offer was due. This good communication and customer-focus meant that we had all the info we needed to feel comfortable putting in an offer that was actually $6k more than our initial ‘limit’ - surely something her clients would have appreciated as the vendors. The process up to settlement was all really easy, with the office team having documents prepared for meetings and good communication as well. All up a really positive experience that meant we could buy with confidence and joy.

She helped us achieved a sales price beyond our expectations. To put this in the context, there were two previous buyers folded their offers. Sarah relentlessly helped us finding the right buyer and in the end, the price is a new record in the complex for the same floor plan.
