We selected Sarah from Luton Belconnen, the rental managers for the property we sold, as the location and convenience of a "common management" seemed sensible. Initially, I was a bit worried that Sarah was undervaluing the property, suggesting a sale price MUCH less than we had ben advised from our mortgage broker. In the end, we settled on a price in the middle, and ended up almost getting that sum! This showed Sarah's flexibility in working with the vendor's needs and wishes, as well as providing us a balanced and realistic view of "what's possible". She also went beyond most agents, making herself available during the summer months when most agents were off work for holidays. And even though it seemed that there were no takers for a while, and that the property wasn't being "pushed", in the end Sarah secured what was the best deal, from robably the right people, who were also prepared to be flexible with the settlement process. Further, Sarah has even used her time to help us sell the last of the apartment possessions that are surplus to needs....probably a whole LOT faster and more effectively than I could in the same time! On the whole, Sarah did her sales job well, and is calmly helping us thru what has become a drawn out settlement process, due to other circumstances not of her doing. Highly recommended!
