Sarah was extremely helpful to me when selling my home. She was kind and caring when I was very stressed about going through the process on my own. Sarah explained everything to me carefully in words I understood. Sarah would often visit me in person with updates regarding the sale which was really lovely. Her communication was always very clear and she let me know promptly whenever there was any news. Sarah's manner was always very professional. She liaised with my Solicitor, when requested, to help me understand the legal side of the process better. Unfortunately, I had a potential buyer pull out and Sarah was very supportive in helping me deal with this. The photography of my home was amazing and the drone footage even better. Sarah helped to turn, what was for me, a stressful process initially, into a smooth process with a very pleasing outcome. There was never any pressure, just care and support always.
