i have no hesitation in recommending Sarah as an agent. i found her to be very professional in every contact and dealing that I had with her throughout the campaign and sale of the property she sold for me.

We have bought and sold several houses during the last 30 years and the departure from each house has always been tinged with sadness, for the happy memories left behind. The last time, we very carefully chose our agent, Sarah Davis, who had carriage with us of the emotional burden of such an important event. We were more than pleased with our decision. Sarah Davis is a very competent agent. She enabled me to sell my house in Killara without going to auction. I readily accepted an offer which was made before the date set for the auction. Sarah did not put any pressure on me and listened to my point of view. At all times she gave me a detailed account of all the comments made by the people who inspected the house. Our discussions were frank and friendly. She gave me good advice on the best way to present the property for inspection and gave a thorough account of all the expenses which would be invo;coed for the advertisements she placed in several media and for her own commission on a successful sale. I have much pleasure in recommending her as an effective agent.

Sarah and her assistant guided us through the sale processes very efficiently and provided valuable advice about presenting the property. They were always available and kept us well informed on what was going on. We did hit a hick up on Auction Day as we went into the day assured that the property would definitely sell with several qualified buyers, but it actually received no bids. Sarah worked very hard after the auction with the previously identified and new prospective buyers securing a sale within a couple of weeks.
