Very sweet girl, but not competent in the role. Made undertakings about talking with seller over outstanding matters. Made undertakings in regard to cleaning of property, Lawnmowing and rectification work before settlement. None of this was done. Left the property unlocked for several weeks between contract signing and settlement. Front window without security screen was wide open. Lucky the neighbourhood was honest. Did not respond to the buyer following written requests for more than two weeks. Never responded before settlement. Did not appear to understand the basics of the contract. Unsatisfactory in all aspects. Sweet person to meet and speak with. Would not recommend.
