Sarah-Jayne went the extra mile

Sarah-Jayne patiently allowed us to fall in love with the property that we bought. It wasn't on our radar initially, as it was missing a couple of our "must haves", but we inspected it in between some other open homes. We were both impressed by how lovely Sarah-Jayne was to speak with and how well she knew the area and the property. She had some good suggestions for renovations and connected us with building and pest inspectors. Sarah-Jayne has been easy to deal with while arranging inspections and valuations etc. Sarah-Jayne allowed us to come back multiple times and "kick her tyres" on this house. We had been in negotiations and made an offer on another property close by, but were frustrated by the poor communication and lack of advocacy of the other agent. Sarah-Jayne was not pushy at all and made negotiations with the vendor a breeze. Unfortunately, due to COVID-19, we had to seek a couple of finance extensions while our bank processed our loan application. Sarah-Jayne remained professional throughout and was understanding of current market conditions. I'd happily recommend Sarah-Jayne to buyers and sellers, as I believe she is fair and professional in all of her dealings.
