Through the sale process Sarah was diligent, persistent and an excellent communicator
We sold our house post-auction.
Sarah impressed us with her work ethic. Nothing was too much trouble. There was never any procrastination - we know she continued working late into the evening completing contacts she had made during the day. She organised three "open house" events per week. Always she was at our property well before starting time and every time she gave us both oral and written feedback.
Professionally Sarah provided sound guidance on presenting our property and (while not pushing a reserve price) she was comfortable talking about other sales in the area. When she found a potential buyer who could not bid at the auction she was right on to the negotiation very early on Sunday. She acted as an intermediary negotiating backwards and forwards until we reached agreement at about 9.00AM.
Personally Sarah has an easy-going, approachable manner. She never once gave the impression that she need to rush off to some other client. Her personality (combined, of course, with professionalism) made a stressful process bearable. Just one tiny example provides insight into not only Sarah's attention to detail but also "humanising" the sale process: The sale was over and finance approved so Sarah first helped us put up the "sold" sign on one board and helped the buyer put up the same sign on the second board. With photographs of course.
We could not fault Sarah's performance and we will be writing to the principal of her agency to tell him so.
