Sarah Kinsey was the third and last agent whom we interviewed about the sale of our house. Where the other two agents were chatty almost to the point of verbosity, flashy and intrusive, Sarah was concise and informative, dignified and realistic. She explained exactly what we could expect from her, as well as all the outlays that we would have to meet. She communicated efficiently. Above all else, she secured for us a price for our house that, while not quite what we had been hoping for, significantly exceeded the pessimistic predictions of the other two agents. I rate her very highly and recommend her thoroughly.
