Previously I had ‘not such great experiences’ with ‘other agents’ and after our interview meeting I explained to Sarah how important to me honesty and trust were, I needed to know the good and/or bad news along the sales journey. As it turned out, this became even more important to me as the Melbourne Stage 4 lockdowns ensued which saw two scheduled auction dates cancelled and then open house inspections stopped all together. I was beginning to think the house would never sell. Sarah never gave up, with her positive outlook and resilience on display she continued to source the market within whatever means Covid19 restrictions permitted, all the while staying in touch frequently and calming and coaching me as the vendor to be patient and confident in knowing there would be a sale.
