She is an absolutely gracious girl, in a job that does not usually embrace honesty we found her open honesty and kindness to be the catalyst in giving her the job. In addition she brought plants from her garden to help with presentation and then when the new owner needed work done before moving in Sarah took time after work to do the weeding herself because I wouldn't allow a contractor to touch our mothers precious garden.
