We recently sold our home in Sydney’s north west with Sarah, Andy and the team at Uniland Real Estate, and honestly, we could not be happier with the result. Despite a very challenging market, our property achieved a record result for the area, which still feels unbelievable to us. From day one, Sarah was incredibly dedicated and hands-on. Later that evening, I saw Sydney’s clearance rate for 16 May was only around 52%, compared with around 70% during the same period last year and earlier this year. In such a difficult market, what Uniland achieved for us was truly remarkable. We are sincerely grateful and genuinely impressed.
