Sarah Lorden is a consummate sales professional with over 25 years experience in the industry. She was a resident of the Balmain area for more than 20 years where she offered the benefits of an intimate local knowledge and an established network of loyal clientele. Sarah Lorden Real Estate was one of the Inner West's most successful agencies established for 17 years and awarded Best residential Agency at the REI New South Wales Awards in 2010. Sarah herself was awarded the John Greig OAM Award for Community Service 2009 and 2010. Following the sale of her business in 2012, Sarah relocated to Scone 3 years ago. Professional with service and Market knowledge

Sarah was very professional and knew exactly what we had to do to get the house sold at maximum value in a timely manner. Her valuation was spot on and her advice in getting the property ready was clearly from someone who has experience and market knowledge. The marketing on the website was excellent and we had regular updates on interest in our property. Once sold, the settlement process was looked after for us making it stress free and easy.
