She went above and beyond what i had expected, always kept me in the loop about what was happening and was only to happy to help organise things for me. I was sort happy with her level of integrity and honesty.

Sarah was very accommodating and listened to what I wanted to achieve when selling my house. She came up with a good advertising campaign which proved to be very successful. I was selling my house at the end of the year and wasn't sure how long it would take to sell - the first open house before Christmas did not have anybody show up. Sarah assured me that it would be okay and we would try again in the new year. While we were both on Xmas break Sarah kept me updated with website summaries from the 2 websites that we advertised on. We planned on having another open house after returning from holidays but before we could do that Sarah showed someone through the house and an offer was made that night. As mentioned before, Sarah knew what I wanted to achieve in regards to the lowest price I was willing to accept and managed to secure this amount for me. Sarah was very professional but friendly during the whole process. I would recommend her to anyone needing a real estate agent.

We selected Guardian Real Estate to sell our house after visiting several of their open houses, we were impressed with their ability to follow up and how they presented their business. After a quick phone call and meeting with Sarah to value our house we agreed to sign with her. Sarah and Guardian offered a caravan tour of our property that had many agents from Guardian inspect the property, this was great as not only did it give one opinion but many on pricing and ideas on how to present the property. Sarah was very honest when explaining that she was still young in her career with real estate, however this was an advantage as she was very eager and passionate, not just keen to sell our property for the first offer to get their pay check. We were quickly impressed with Sarah with her communication skills and her ability to follow up, this was very refreshing after dealing with the typical used car salesman agents. Our house sold quickly and Sarah was able to negotiate the exact price we required in a short timeframe, after the contracts were signed she continued to keep us in the loop and the new buyer. She even arrange a spare set of keys when we locked ourselves out in the middle of the night! After dealing with a different agent for the property we purchased it really made us appreciate Sarah's service she provided. I never post reviews, however I feel that Sarah's skills as an agent should come highly recommended.
