The unit's outlook - overlooking a project on the corner of Hampton & Holyrood Streets that was at a very early stage of being built, but abandoned, leaving a large ugly hole - which the main windows in my unit overlooked, so Sarah needed some skills to overcome that main set back for prospective clients. She was exceedingly diligent handling issues on legal, Body Corporate and Management issues, requested. Sarah continued to update me on any prospects and had already re-oganised the furniture and fittings to give it a feeling of more space, which showed off the benefits of the Unit. Her work and attention to detail was rewarded.
