In hindsight we think we should have marketed it as ‘offers over’ although it has been a pet hate of ours, it would have put it out there as to how much we were expecting to get for our property. But as we say hindsight is a wonderful thing. We also think we missed the peak time by about 3 weeks, this was our fault as we just couldn’t manage to get it ready any sooner. We would like to commend Sarah on her dedication, even when she was in hospital having her procedure, before and after she was still texting us with information and had her fingers on the pulse. What a woman!!! It has been such a stressful time in the past few weeks to get everything packed out but we are on the more positive side of that now.
