My relationship with Sarah commenced well before I officially engaged her formally. Sarah had provided me a valuation on my property 12-14 months ago. In the meantime, she kept me updated on the market but not in an overbearing manner. Used both email and sms to provide information. When I engaged her to sell the property, she was thorough in talking through various marketing approaches, who the potential target buyers were and explained how she would communicate. We negotiated a fit for purpose campaign and appropriate marketing campaign. Sarah communicated thoroughly and in a timely manner after inspections, kept me apprised of how negotiations were faring and sought my input where relevant. I always had the sense there was a bias for action and she moved quickly on prospective buyers, often negotiating / signing up vendors after hours. This happened on weekends and weekdays.
