Sarah was fantastic to deal with during our recent sale, a sale that was quiet emotional for us. She was very compassionate and understanding and went above and beyond for us. Communication with Sarah was fantastic, even though we were based interstate. We received regular updates by email and she was ways available by phone to answer our many questions. Had listed our house with another agent at Malua Bay who was "supposedly" the best. What a mistake. He did nothing but mess us around and got us into a situation where our house was sold, but buyer wanted to take her time. This went on for months till we finished our contract with him.He was totally useless. We then listed it with Sarah, who was very helpful and acted in a most professional manner. Sarah did exhibitions and really worked for us. We got reports on what potential buyers thought and sale went through with no hassles. We would recommend Sarah as she is very hard working and is able to get results.
