Sarah is friendly, knowledgeable and a great communicator. Sarah provided excellent services in providing advice on how to prepare the house for sale. holding open houses, setting up the auction and closing the sale. Unfortunately, for us, the sale did not achieve an optimal result however this is a risk when selling at auction and not within Sarah's control.
